Saw this store on Tik Tok so while visiting Houston I took a trip today to go shop there. Not only was the store TOO packed with clothes, there’s no room to move around. Shortly after I started shopping the employees started a Live recording in the middle of the store where no one could walk. No one also asked if we wanted to be on camera, seeing as through the recording was shot right by the dressing rooms. She was talking so loud I couldn’t even talk to my mom who was with me while trying on clothes. I understand advertising but not while the whole store is filled with customers shopping. The actual clothes are another thing that had me upset. The store is a “plus size” boutique yet none of the clothes are true to size. I’m a size 18, I even went up 2 sizes to see if that would help, and it didn’t. These are poorly made clothes, and the employees made it a uncomfortable experience. Thought this store was a good place to shop because they're always promoting plus size clothing, but their staff members are very judgmental when plus size girls go in the store. Not only do they tell these girls that they do not look good in the clothes (when nobody asked for their opinion) but they also compare them to the supposedly models that showcase the clothing online. Everyone has a different body type and maybe for that moment the girl trying on the dress,, etc.wanted to feel pretty, but for the staff members to stand there and check the clothes these plus size girls are trying on and say that if they stretch out the material or see a tear they have to pay a sewing fee of $8, like how do they know who ripped it...My friend had a horrible experience there and even...

Truly disappointed in my purchase from this store. I ordered a glitter mini dress but it was completely the opposite as advertised it was more of a longer mid length dress and the color of pink was more of a purple shade. Not only that but the glitter kept falling off everywhere it honestly felt like a cheap dress. This business does not accept exchanges or refunds which is not fair since I would have liked to exchange my item for another item (store credit ) or a refund since the item is still in brand new condition.
