I usually don’t do bad reviews but we would always go to this place and we would have an exceptional experience. This past week my husband and I went and asked for the usual, a melon smoothie (licuado de melon) and a blended mangonada. First of all blonde girl didn’t even look like she wanted to be working, had no energy at all. We were still kind. When my husband asked if she could add cinnamon to the melon smoothie, she just blankly stared for a while until we told her we would always get that before. On the 31, I came here fresh out of work. The teenage girl was very rude and had something I didn't order. I ordered a Tamarindo drink, and she gave me a raspa. The raspa didn't have any syrup. When I asked about it, she said it would be extra. What??? How is this person the face of your business. Never again will you get a penny from me. I was a regular customer. Hope it was worth it.
