Casual Male XL Outlet — Local services in Jackson Township

I forgot to post about this. I went to this outlet about two weeks ago. The outlets closed at 8pm so all the other stores was open. I arrived at Casual Male XL around 6:30pm. When I went in the store with my finance the store clerk never greeted me and went in the back. I was trying to get her attention to help with selecting pants. Long story short, I found the pair of pants I was going to purchase and ask if I can try them on. She told me that the dressing room was clothes. It was 6:50. The mall didn’t clothes until 8pm. This upset me because I went into puma and was able to try on several pair of shoes after leaving Casual Male XL. Writing a letter to management later today but wanted to say if you are a tall/large guy, go to this store and ask for Randi Rolando. Wonderful customer service! Randi is patient, has good advice, a good eye, and knows what looks good on any physique. She is tactful, knowledgeable, and she knows the inventory inside and out. Took two special needs gentlemen there today, who can be difficult customers on the best of days. She treated all of us beautifully, and I hope her supervisors know what a gem they have in her. What great salespeople in this store! They know their regular customers and are quick to suggest a new item they know he'll like, and not just to make a sale. I see happy men every time I'm in the store. I'm not a regular, I just pick up things for a friend every few months. They help me figure out the correct items and find the right sizes.
