I was experiencing issues accessing the hard drives of my computer, being able to save things on my desktop, and among other things. Despite being several states across the country, Jason was able to remotely access my computer and fix the issue quickly. This saved me endless hours of stressing while trying to figuring it out myself. I was able to get back to work.

Outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable and very honest.

Went there to get a 15-year-old dell computer upgraded from a windows 7 to a windows 10 (computer wouldn't take an windows 11, which was fine with me) the man got everything working on it like it's supposed to at a good price, he and his wife was very nice to me and to my wife as well.
