Downtown Treatery — Restaurant in Jackson

I had 10 guests in my home the day before Thanksgiving and since I was working from home that day and trying to brine a turkey, I decided to order breakfast for everyone. I ordered from the Treatery via DoorDash a day in advance. Our breakfast was due between 9am and 9:20 and my Dasher was at the Treatery waiting for the order. At 9:30, my order still hadn’t left the Treatery so I called them. The employee told me that they were just taking the order out of the oven. 15 minutes later I received a message from DoorDash saying my order had been cancelled. This put me in a terrible position with my hungry guests. So disappointed as I was bragging about our local Treatery. I didn’t even receive a call or apology from them. I will not attempt to patronize this...

We found the Downtown Treatery while in search of ice cream. No ice cream but the donuts are delicious! You can fill the long johns with white cream, Bavarian cream, or raspberry jelly. Plus you can choose your toppings like powder sugar, white icing which were our choices. Brandy and Nicole were great and very friendly. Look forward to going back Friday or Saturday for homemade...

Our car broke down on the highway as we were driving past Jackson, Ohio. As we were waiting for the tow truck, we found Downtown Treatery. They were the only place open, and so we headed over. The place was wonderful! They were warm and welcoming and provided a nice spot to wait out the tow truck. Donuts are great, workers are friendly, place is clean...
