Awesome place! I just dropped my dogs at boarding in the area a few months ago and had some time to explore the town before going back to Grand Teton and saw this distillery on the map and wanted to check it out. I was the only customer at the time (it was around lunch so still a bit early), and I expected to just try a few tastings and bring home some liquor. The distiller was busy with some work but invited me to his tour during while he was in the middle of working. I got to see exactly how everything went down there, and he was so friendly and enthusiastic about his job. It was awesome to see a distillery at work. Not a typical tour! My wife and I were in from out of town and wanted to check out the local winery, but they were closing soon and required a reservation to do a tasting. We stopped in to JHSW and were greeted by Chas, one of the co-owners. He was very personable and answered all of our questions, even explaining how different processes work at the distillery.
