I contacted Jackson Hole Marketplace to send a nice gift basket to my brother who was spending his 60th birthday in Jackson Hole. The young man who answered my call instructed me to send an email through the website. After sending a complete explanation as to what I wanted included in the basket a young lady named Heather Best contacted me quickly to get the process moving. The selection of gourmet snack and fine liquor and wines was vast and she helped me find exactly what I wanted. Even though there was not a choice to add balloons, Heather was able to include them with my gift as well. The gift was delivered quickly and my brother loved it! Our daughter got married in Jackson Hole and I worked closely with Matt and Jackie at JH Marketplace who processed the orders of the products that I chose for 80 guest bags. Each bags contained several goodies that are produced in the Jackson area, items like buffalo and elk jerky, grizzly bars, popcorn and trail mix made in the area. Matt and Jackie ordered, and received everything and were kind enough to deliver everything to my hotel on the day of our arrival. They made the whole process much easier for me; rather than me ordering each snack separately and having everything shipped to our out of town wedding planner, I needed only to pay JH Maketplace and they took care of the whole process. Our office is right down the road. We placed an order online way ahead of the lunch hour incase they were busy. Paid online and included a tip! When we arrived to pickup our order. The girl behind the counter making sandwiches rudely said she wasn’t open. And I said well we placed an order online and she said well I haven’t seen any online orders and was absolutely NO HELP.
