There's definitely a reason this place has two and a half stars would definitely recommend some place more professional. If not then the jumped conclusions and negligence of gathering key details will likely cause you more injury, pain and suffering. 2 of those stars go to people who sounded like the cared for my situation.

Follow up: now receives one star after reading the incorrect, missleading and false paper work stating im good to go back to work( though im hobbling around having trouble walking) even though the material they gave me states to prevent injury- rest, ice, compression, elevation, which i was not supplyed with and nor comended resuming work immediately ? im not sure if everyone at this "medical" center is like this but these people put this on a U.S. department of labor document which is detremental to my health and getting benefits that could very well help me with my condition. These people do not care about health and wellness and even called me a liar for saying I was hurt. I went to the Jackson Urgent Care over 1 1/2 years ago to get a shot to clear up a head cold. The nurse practitioner wanted to send me to the hospital to be tested for the flu. I told her I didnt have the flu and she then told me that she couldn't treat me. So I left and drove an hour to see my doctor who treated me and I was better within days. Now a year and half later I get a bill from them for an office visit. I called the urgent care center and explained what happened and her response was if I didnt pay it she was turning me over to collections. I tried to call the hospital administrator for over a week now and left messages for her to call me back but no response. I dont think I should have to pay the bill when the nurse practitioner point blank told me she couldn't treat me. But anyway it's not about the money but more of the principle. This facility doesn’t even deserve a one. I was left bleeding in a hallway. I came in the ER bleeding heavily from the nose and mouth— At that time I didn’t know two blood vessels have ruptured inside my sinuses… And they didn’t either— they didn’t check my vitals, they didn’t even try to see what was wrong with me!! they just told me to go to the office and fill out some paperwork…

I called my son— He came and took me to another hospital immediately— that hospital realized it was something terribly wrong and I was Air flighted to Mobile. My BP was 269/133 and I bleed for one hour and a half before I got help... I hate to Imagine what would have happened if I had stayed there bleeding...
