The cashier Jaalyn (Moore) Greeted a smile and Was Extremely patient while we were deciding on what to order,she was very friendly and went over everything with us with our total and made sure everything was correct and our food was fresh and hot .She even asked if that was all we need or needed anything else before we left ,This was by far the Best Customer Service by a employee from any food chain me and my family has experienced. Wait time was horrible. Drive through female and female manager had horrible attitudes. After I complained about the horrible wait time they didn't want to take my money not give me my order. I am a customer that love one's food fresh. I hate contrary waiters at the window. I was the only customer waiting in line and I couldn't get good service from the waiter at the window drive-thru. These drive-thru employees do not have a public relations service training experience yet.
