Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jackson

I don't eat here that often unless it's someone else's suggestion as their pizzas are quite greasy and you're never sure what you're going to get. Sometimes there's plenty of cheese and toppings and other times there is no cheese or toppings and drowned in sauce. The other day we ordered carry out. He had to stand there and wait after waiting 20 minutes before going to get it and they had not even begun the order. The worst part is by the time they called him up that it was ready and drove approximately 5-7 minutes to the house the pizzas were only luke warm. If Pizza Hut is my only choice then I'd seriously rather have a frozen pizza. Also don't go in there excited about a salad because the selection is very limited, the lettuce and other items look wilted and not fresh and the salad dressing looks like it stays in the same container from day to day until...

Did online ordering and waited the stated time before going to pickup curbside. Upon arrival, called inside to let them know I was there, as the sign stated in the parking lot. Was informed it would be brought out in a minute or two. After waiting 25 minutes, called inside again and the phone was answered by a different female employee. Was told that they were short staffed and that I needed to come inside. Asked why I wasn't told that earlier and she said she didn't know. Then I went inside and got in a line of about 12 people before I could get my order. Won't be going back...
