Most horrible grocery store I've ever been in..Please check the expiration date on any item u buy there..We bought two digornio pizzas that had expired one was in 2019 and the other was 2020..When we took them back the manager was a complete B** and was so rude it was unreal..One of the employees went back to check the pizzas and brought back two buggy loads of stuff that was expired from the freezer..She did not want to refund our money instead our only option was to take another pizza ..Now I had two digornio and those are expensive she only wanted to replace one...Absolute Laziness, and ignorance..I have never been treated so rude over something that was not my fault..She should be fired on the spot and never allowed to work with the public again..They keep letting her work there and they will eventually be sued at...

This place has under gone a change in management as well as several employees. Things seem to be getting better. Chris, the manager is friendly and helpful. Update: The Jackson store keeps getting better! Nice selections even though the store seems to be suffering from product availability. That's not the stores fault though. I like Save-A-Lot! This is a really good store. I don't know why it's not busier than it is. They have the best cream horns. One of my personal favorites. LOL! They certainly could be a little friendlier. But the selection is good and the prices are reasonable. For the most part that is. I would definitely recommend this place for sure.
