Today I walked in and was completely ignored. A young man was vacuuming the front rug. This should’ve already been done before I walked in the door at 9:05 AM. He did not even bother to look up and speak. Next, two employees were making a purchase at the register while others stood around talking. No one spoke, but when they were finished making their purchase the lady told me that someone would be right with me and walked off. That lady was informed that I was waiting and said OK. She never looked up at me or spoke. She just continued counting down her register which also should have already been done. Then, two young ladies walked up to her and started a conversation I believe about a job there. They had a full conversation and still never acknowledged my presence waiting there at another register. Products are mislabeled in this store. You think you are going to the counter purchasing an item for one price only to find out it's another. And instead of the store clerks being apologetic for having the wrong sign over a tower of shoes. One of the store clerks keep repeating over and over again how the sign read a different name brand, as if that should excuse their error for mislabeling an entire tower of shoes. Apparently the sign with $19.99 big, front, and center...I was in the wrong because I missed the tiny wording that said the name brand of the shoes that didn't match the shoes on the tower the sign...

Love this store, great name brand clothing and shoes and accessories. For way cheaper than the orginal price, love to shop here on a regular basis, the only downside is all the employees don't get along and it shows. Also they follow u around when shopping like your a thief. And it's very conspicuous. To the point where I've turned and said, can I help you?. Reason u are popping up all over the store and hanging around. They do...
