This is a brand that is known for it's superior customer service and friendliness. With that said, this location is a level above other locations when it comes to how wonderful the staff are. One man in particular, his name is Blue, went out of his way to greet and talk to every single customer in the dining room. He was so friendly and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and visit the location off of County Line Road. I’ve frequented this location at least 5-8 times, and every time (excluding once) there is SOMETHING wrong with my order, or I’m sitting in drive thru for an extended period of time. Today I was given a sweet tea instead of the half sweet tea/half lemonade mix that I requested. The other visit ended with me not having the sauces I requested. Another visit I was sitting in the drive thru for 15+ minutes because they “ran out” of chicken biscuits and needed to prepare more. We come through the mobile thru here one to two times a month and the service is always wonderful. I was their first mobile thru customer and the attendant made a big deal about it, which made me feel special. The attendants always say hi to my kids and ask it they're having a good day, and make them feel seen. We rarely eat out, but when we do, the Chick Fil A on Highland Colony beats the one in Madison by a mile. Not due to anything but the amount of sheer business at the Madison location, the employees there are just as lovely as the Highland Colony ones, but they must do at least twice the volume because the drive thru line is always out the parking...
