I went there for a blow out and style. My appointment was at 12:30 the stylist didn't start on hair until after 1:30. She didn't acknowledge me at all and even after my schedule time she continued to work on a sew in. When I got in the chair she did my hair but then was perplexed about how to style my hair because I have short bangs. I've never had any issue with a stylist not knowing how to style my hair. After she straightway hair it had no body at all and it was dull. She didn't care that I was unhappy and she moved on to do something else while I searched styles for her to do on my hair because she was at a lost. The sink bowl was dirty as well as her styling tools. She was unorganized as hell. If it wasn't for me having a wedding to go to the next day I would have walked out. I was desperate. I made a 1 o’clock appointment for Cjardae three weeks in advance. Today, when I arrived at my appointment, she informed me that she had moved locations and I was at her old location. She sent me the new address and I made it on time to the new location with a minute to spare. When I arrive she has someone sitting in her chair and she said “please wait out from. I’ll be right with you!” 15 minutes later the client before me leaves and I head back only to find someone else getting their hair done. When I asked if she was ready for me, she replied “I’ll be with you shortly”. (With an attitude) Having a strict list of do’s and dont’s on her website, I THOUGHT she valued punctuality but that seems to only apply with her clients. After our brief encounter, I left and went home. She called me 35 MINUTES later and said she was ready to do my hair. T'nay done my sew in a few weeks ago and it's the worst sew in I ever had the braid foundation I lumpy and bumpy and it looks a mess I can't even get a straight part because the leave out on my middle parts and side part are uneven she didn't even sew my tracks on right there are gaps and loose thread everywhere and she burned my forehead I payed you $170 so I expected quality if you weren't feeling like doing it tht day thts what you should have said I don't have money to waste and if she had any type of even decent customer service she would be trying to correct the problem you have all these good reviews but I don't see how bc she got me walking around looking crazy and it's just unprofessional tht you would do this bad of a job for all the money I payed then she had the nerve to be over an hour late I would...
