Public Beware of these people..they are professional scam artists ...yes the BBB especially this chapter ..we will be filing a police report against the next harassing letter .. had to give a one star or I wouldn't have given any..whoever this Barbera Andersen is we are currently looking at her standards of ethical background and are prepared to get our attorneys involved if we receive one more bogus treat from this person ..we don't have to answer to them we run a ligitimate business ..who do these people think they are ...according to congressional reviews the BBB is a collection of companies that pay to be in a "club" for ratings ..on their site they claim to work with the federal trade commission ..guess what the federal job I retired from , we worked with the ftc everyday all day ..They got the wrong company this time ..waiting for them to make one more move on these bogus requests. We own a business in town and have had a website since 2006 , we are registered with the city sunbiz and have a certificate of use , etc and have been operating successfully for over 17 years..Someone filed a bogus complaint against the company now these so called bbb are sending us letters asking us to prove our credentials..This is an insult and a joke ..the truth is if they would just do a little research they would see that we are not obligated to be regulated by anyone they are asking us to provide proof for .We are retired federal workers and have reported them to the necessary people for a slander suit and harassment suite if they send us one more letter .I won't say the name of our company but I will say that the BBB is a collection of local business owners who pay for a rating .funny thing is they need to do more investigation on the people that make the complaints against established companies. They get real mad when you don't want to pay their fee ..then they try to attack your company..Better watch out who they come for ..Just because we are a small business doesn't mean we didn't work for a federal agency in the past ..we are just waiting von their next dumb move so we can have a good...

Extremely unsatisfactory experience - frustrating, exasperating and ultimately disheartening. I initially received no clear instructions or explanations of what was required to file a complaint against a local area business nor what the complete procedure would ultimately involve. It was only after I had spent a great deal of time and effort in clearly and fully describing and explaining my complaint that I learned that it would not be accepted, or acted upon, by the BBB of NE Florida since I did not have definite and concrete court-of-law type evidence of the infraction committed against me by the offending business. So, what good is the BBB of NE Florida to any complainant? All such complaints are purely anecdotal in nature and cannot be backed up by physical concrete evidence which is demanded in a court of law. It must be assumed that a customer is making a complaint against a business because s/he is legitimately dissatisfied and unhappy or s/he wouldn't be going to all the effort, trouble and expense to do so in the first place. I, an offended and aggrieved customer turned to the BBB for help, support and solace after being abused by a local area business and received nothing but double-talk, a "run around" and ultimate rejection... The BBB of NE Florida not only proved to be of no help or support to me personally, but, worst, it proved itself to be nothing but a fraud and a sham betraying the trust of an innocent cash paying customer such as myself attempting in good faith to do business with a local area business which engaged in completely unacceptable, prejudiced and despicable behavior. What a shameful and disgraceful lack of caring and support, and shirking of its duties and responsibilities, by the BBB...

Dr Banks is the absolute worst Dentist .Stay clear . Has the personality of a Rock . Treats his staff like Dirt in front in front of customers, my issues were poor Dental work. , had 5 crowns put in to prep for bridges, drinking only soup 2 came off, 1broke as they were to thin due to not cutting teeth down enough, when the asst told him they needed cut down more , he replied make it work so temp crowns had holes in top cause so thin . As Dentist Banks about pain meds as sat in his chair 7 hrs , he told me don’t need any after trying to pull a tooth for 30 mins as well as all the needles and other work, embarrass me as made it seem like I’m a druggie , i told him i wanted just in case , he replied you don’t need them , i said how do you know what i need ? I said you know what , Forget it, he said ok and went home at 4 , never checked asst Work as he is supposed to . This guy is very intervert and does not know how to deal with people , i paid 6087.00 dollars in advance for a crown and bridges , none have had a impression done yet . I just got the 2- crowns put back on and the girl aske him to trim the tooth so temp would fit , his response, I’m not doing it make it work , i talk to him he then told me we are not a good fit will call Office to refund some money and i can move on, sooo that will try to make me pay for these bad temp crowns. .NOT ! I’ve called the Board of Dentistry, my attorney and disputed all charges . Everything they did i had to get fixed . The Office girls are great , Dentist Banks is in the wrong buisness. They can Refund me or i will infact take to court and recover more for time , pain and suffering. Stay away from them. You...
