If I could give it more stars I would. Well I don’t know where to start. Great hospitality great furniture. My mother and I were amazed by the inventory. The store might not be appealing to the eye, but they definitely provide top notch furniture. Anything you see in any other store, you will more than likely find it in one of their catalogs. It is a family owned business and they are foreign, (parents due have accents), but will go out of their way to help assist you and their son Renato is the man. He helped my mom and I get theater couches for the right price. I am talking real savings!!! Their delivery was on time and the guys assembled all of it for us. We are more than satisfied with our purchase, it’s been a couple months’ now and everyone still is asking, where we got our furniture. My daughter referred me to this furniture store. I relocated to Houston Texas. I was looking for new bedroom furniture and also needed a queen & full set of mattress. I visited at least 12 stores here in Houston and due to the COVID-19 they couldn’t promise me my furniture until late December. So I took a flight and visited this store. The owner she was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The bed I purchased was on the showroom floor and she found a dresser mirror and nightstands that matched perfectly. Her son delivered the furniture to my storage and he was great.

PS: After I had paid for everything the owner notice that one of the nightstands were not the correct one. So she went out of her way to make sure I had it before the deadline ( 10 days ) so it could be shipped to me to Houston TX.

Don’t waste your time or money here. Cheap Chinese furniture and garbage terrible customer service. Lip service lies, once your money is taken their obligation to service is over. MANY phone calls with the owner and chances to make it right. Excuse after excuse after excuse.

Shop elsewhere for better quality furniture and no lies or hassle. Schiesty and money hungry. You will thank me!

Edit : In response to your comment, your allegation of miscommunication is further proof of your convoluted fiction for all to see. I, myself spoke with the manufacturer directly on more than one occasion out of a necessity to do your job for you. There was no misunderstanding, just a failure of you/your staff to commit any time or effort in honoring your pre-purchase verbal agreement. By all means, please continue with your terrible...
