Ashley's Hair Salon — Local services in Jacksonville

When I finally got Ashley to return my call, I told her I had just moved to the area and my daughter's wedding was in a month. I have medium blonde hair with highlights which I've done myself for years but being as I spent 400.00 on a mother of the bride dress, I decided to treat myself and go professional for the occasion. She gave me highlights and lowlights. I told her the only thing I really wanted was the brassiness gone. After a 165.00 color job I walked out in tears. My hair was so yellow I looked like a banana. I had to use purple shampoo and a toner everyday for a month until the wedding. It's a shame because she was very friendly and I got a good vibe from her. She's so convenient to where I live so I wish she would reach out to me and offer a discount on something! I would love to have a stylist so...

I am very disappointed in the customer service and quality. After spending a significant high amount of money for a full " blondie" menu, my hairs toner washed out same day,and left me with orange bleached crazy looking hair. After reaching out to Ashley couple times I was ignored and completely disregarded. I didnt want a refund nor did I want any issues, I simply wanted to get it fixed. I will NEVER go back,nor will I recommend this salon to anyone!! I never post negative feedback about anyone , however this experience had me in tears!! It also thought me that the salon only cares about money and not satisfaction of customer. All I wanted was a fix, and didnt receive any acknowledged back. Extremely sad to see this happen. Terrible...

I couldn't say more about this beautiful woman and AMAZING STYLIST ! I arrived early for my first time at Ashley's salon as she was finishing up a client ( who's cut was fabulous) and the blow dry topped it off. Ashley made me feel welcome and her personality was exceeded by her skill ! My Aunt ; who did not have an appointment needed desperately to have her hair fixed from a not so good experience, Ashley had no problem fitting her in to make her look stunning when it was finished! Also .....she has a beautiful boutique with many stunning and original choices (check it out ladies ) I will add photos later on in my posts, as I have finally found my permanent...
