I do not recommend this company. After ordering a tshirt from this company I waited for 2 weeks before contacting them. When I finally got them on the phone I was told that they lost my shipping address and would send it out that day. I waited another week and tried contacting them again but contacting them was problematic. I tried emailing and calling but no one would answer the phone and the voicemail box was full. Finally I get an email saying my order was canceled.

Product - My item was never shipped. After trying multiple times to contact them by email and phone calls I finally got an email saying my order was canceled. No explanation.

Communication - Their communication with me as a customer can greatly be improved. They rarely answer the phone and the voicemail box was full so you couldn't leave a message. I sent emails that weren't answered. All of my communication with them was friendly and professional. They just lack good communication and follow through.

I would not recommend this business. They will constantly give you the runaround. This, that and the other nonsense. ALL LIES.......Wont return calls or emails. I placed an over almost 5 months ago an still have not received my items or a refund. These items were a crossing gift that i looked forward to receiving. Myself and my vice president of my sorority has reached out to this company with no response as of this posting. We have given ample time for a resolution of this matter, so now I have no choice but to proceed with reporting this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! ZERO STARS IF...

It won’t allow me to do anything less than 1 star. I placed an order for my graduation cap and had an awful experience from start to finish. I dropped off my cap on April 14th, and despite multiple assurances that it would be ready, I never received the finished product—or even a refund. Communication was terrible throughout the process. She does not respond to calls or text messages, and I've tried reaching out numerous times with no success. This was supposed to be a special part of my graduation, and it was completely ruined by the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this...
