I would not even put a star for this place. This place was so lousy. Ruined our memorial celebrations. We came in 5 people(2 kids for swimming in wading pool). We carried our fold up chairs to make sure we had place to sit to watch the kids. Girl at front said you canโ€™t bring chairs in...what!!!! Girls at front gate said we are over capacity and we just called 10 minutes before as we came from NLR saying that they close at 5:45 and never said they have capacity. That would give us 1 1/2 hrs to swim. Oh my word! She said you want to wait to swim then just then about 10 people left. We said we should be able to enter now. Then she said it will be $25. I said only 2 kids are swimming which would be $10(at $5 apiece). She said all who enter have to pay. She said how many are swimming I told her 2 kids. You could clearly see we were not dressed to swim. I asked to see manager and she said I am the manager. She was a girl dressed in a belly button outfit. Not professional at all. When the rest of the staff was in t-shirts that said โ€œstaffโ€. As a manager you need to act and look your best your representing the company. First of all we called in advance as we were coming a little distance, 2nd they would not let us bring chairs(we donโ€™t need to stand while the kids swim). 3rd they were trying to charge us for not even swimming, 4th they never told us there was a capacity limit and 5th it doesnโ€™t even say on website that people who are not swimming still have to pay. Do not waste your time for these shady places. We have 2 special needs kids and they left crying, upset and the 1 was screaming as he didnโ€™t understand why he didnโ€™t get to swim. This is awful and Iโ€™ve never seen anyplace run like this. They should have wristbands for the ones who will be swimming and you donโ€™t charge for parents & grandparents who are not using facilities. Good businesses are not run that way. We will not be back and we are sure to tell ALL of our friends and family not to...

We had a great time today at Splash Zone. The staff was friendly, the lifeguards paid very close attention and interacted with the children playing. We didnโ€™t have any issues with rude kids, or parents not paying attention to their kids which is a problem we often run into. It was great for all ages and enjoyable for me as a parent to be able to monitor my older child and still be with my youngest. It gave me peace of mind being able to have eyes on my oldest and be able to stay with my youngest without restricting fun for either of them.

The whole park was clean, including the bathrooms. Most places the restrooms are a disaster, especially at a swimming area. The admission prices are even better!

We didnโ€™t purchase any food or drinks, we packed a light lunch and once we were done we sat at the tables near the playground and ate. We also brought bottled water, which is allowed near the swimming area.

We canโ€™t wait...

Give it a three-star because my three-year-old had a good time. With that being said with that being said I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the Paul, the staff would walk right past all over the trash at the water park and not pick it up. We stood in line three different times for about 15-minutes for the line to never move in that 15 minutes all three times just to attempt to get food. I'm surprised with their small menu of limited items i would not think it would take that long to get food and drink. Then you're not allowed to take your food out of the pool area which would be fine if they would clean the picnic tables once and a while but they were absolutely disgusting. With it being a big water park I was surprised it didn't have lockers that you could rent. The playground was just covered in garbage as well. Surprised people would raise their kids to show such disrespect for a...

It's a breath of fresh air for a small town like jville! The kids loved it,I just feel like they need to improve their concession stand, like adding cups with lids and straws! We need fries and chicken strips or nuggets, the kids need fresh buttered popcorn! And I didn't notice any security, that was my biggest concern, safety is the most important thing, these days too many weirdos and evil beings have an easy access to weapons and seemingly choosing to go after innocent people and kids โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ but they do check your bags before you enter though, but I still need more security ๐Ÿฆพ๐Ÿ‘ฎ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธbut overall the water park is a blessing to have ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Starting raining and lightning as soon as we arrived with nothing on forecast. Kids never were allowed to swim. Tried to get money back and was not given any consideration given the situation. It clearly states no refunds, but we never even swam so I felt like this should have been different. Was told it would only last ten minutes and no rain checks bc they are not closing. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ second picture is ten minutes after I was told! ๐Ÿ˜‚An hour after arrival, we still havenโ€™t been able to swim! Seven and eleven year olds donโ€™t understand like adults. Disappointed is an understatement for our first visit ever!

Racists! I wasn't allowed to swim because I had a tank top with a bra underneath versus an actual bathing suit top. Funny thing is there were at least 4 other women with tank tops with a bra underneath same as mine that were all allowed to swim. I guess I wasn't the right color. Their front entrance people are on a power trip & they are rude as F___. They don't have much of anything for the kids anyway. Pool is way smaller than Cabot water park. Don't waste your money!!
