Edit 2: I have not received my leg and hardware and have not heard from anyone at the store. I don't plan to purchase from the store again based on this whole situation. No one made this situation right and I paid for a chair I can't use since one leg can't be attached. Just ridiculous.
We are in Virginia and purchased a counter height dining set in October 2020 over the phone from the Camp Lejeune location. Upon assembling the chairs, one leg would not screw in. I contacted the salesperson who assisted with the purchase and she put in a request with customer service to contact me and they did but after two months still had not received a replacement leg and hardware. I was told to call the store and speak to someone which I did. It's now Jan; it's been 3+ months. I was told the item could not be sent directly to me and had to be shipped to a local store and I would have to go to the store to pick up the item but that was on Jan 5th and was supposed to hopefully be within 10 business days. It's been over 10 business days and I have not heard from anyone since Jan 5th regarding the replacement leg.
Edit: Jan 28, 2021 Stephanie reached out to me today(she helped me with the purchase).she wasn't aware I hadn't received the leg and hardware. She contacted the rep and customer service; my item should be on their next shipment and she has assured me she will personally ship it to me. I purchased this set over the phone and she was great throughout the process of the purchase, having the set delivered to the Camp Lejeune location for us to pickup and arranging a date for pickup and it was a smooth process. Stephanie gets 5 stars. Customer service on the other hand dropped the ball. It's been 3 months today from the initial contact about the hardware not fitting into the leg. Read moreLynn was our salesperson and we were very impressed with her at first, we were told financing was 0% APR for 36months as long as it was paid by that date. After reviewing the paperwork come to find out it was 9.99% which I should have caught but either way we were lied to. Lynn then told us our order had shipped and was scheduled to come in on the truck. After multiple calls and no calls back, stephanie finally stepped in and got us taken care of.We ordered a sectional sofa and ended up having to change our setup because it was backordered. We finally got our sofa set and it came un-wrapped in a dirty box truck. Our white couch with hand prints from those who loaded it the entire purchase was a complete disaster. The server we order was broke as well and they delivered it to us anyhow. Our representative’s name is Stephanie and I honestly couldn’t have asked for for someone easier to get along with. We flew through an application for financing and she was very upfront about the interest rates and possible price for the payment for the furniture we selected. I will definitely be doing business with her again. As an added bonus we were able to negotiate a deferred payment until our items arrived and were ready for pickup due to the COVID-19 complications with shipments. We do have to wait 4-6 weeks for our items but based on our research that is the status quo.
