Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jacksonville

A new restaurant on base? Gotta check it out before it gets so crowded you can't come for chow! Stopped in after work to grab a personal pizza and a beer. The staff was very attentive and pretty cheerful, they were extremely friendly and the management was circling the area checking on everyone. It was a refreshing dining experience -- seeing people who are just getting started but care a lot about the customers and their experience. When some small issues popped up (a menu item wasn't available any more, which I thought was funny because they just opened and printed the menus) and I was laughing about it -- two minutes later someone comes and swoops them all up to fix them. Beer was good with not too much head, staff was great, pizza was hot and tasted just like a Pizza Hut pizza should taste. I'll definitely be back! I recently placed a large order at Pizza Hut, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of a complete disappointment. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I was shocked to learn that the transaction had somehow failed, despite receiving a confirmation earlier. The entire situation could have been handled with some basic professionalism, but unfortunately, the manager's behavior was incredibly rude, but they also displayed a complete lack of respect towards me and their own staff. I went to Pizza Hut on a Thursday night around nine. It wasn’t too busy. I went to the drive-through and multiple people stared at me who were working from the drive-through and continued to ignore me. Not only could I see my order just waiting there I could see the employees just standing around talking as they repeatedly ignored me and not tell anyone that I was in the drive-through.
