Charles Zeno is the best hairstylist I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He’s not only a pro at what he does, he’s super welcoming, kind, funny, and while he gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had he also made me laugh and smile throughout the entire experience. He takes his craft seriously and is focused on delivering the best service. I couldn’t have asked for a better hair stylist. 5 star, hands down. I first went into this Hair Cuttery location unplanned, and unbeknownst to me, approximately a million school girls were getting their hair done for a dance that evening -- not to mention the few other scheduled customers and only a few cutters. Lacey knew how to flex the circumstance to ensure I could be seen on this visit. I naturally expected a wait, but barely had one. I can't promise this could happen every time, but I can say, if it's possible, Lacey will make it happen.

On top of accommodating to see me, Lacy cut my hair quick! Furthermore, the speed wasn't at all a detriment to the quality of the cut. I've visited several times since. I will continue to do so, and I would recommend anybody...

We checked in online and when we got there found out the online was having issues but no worries the ladies were great!! They were super busy and the girl Mariah who decided she would take me who by the way is by appointment only did a wonderful job we hit it off.. Hard to find a good or great girl to do your hair these days and I live over 3 hours away but now I feel maybe the trip I make to Jacksonville to see my daughter every couple of months will have a hair style in it too.
