Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Jacksonville

So I came here for me and my family to pick up supper because I worked late and didn’t have time to make anything. I pulled in at 9:25. I pulled up behind someone making an order to the line to the left. I see 2 people pull in about 2 or 3 minutes after I get there and they went to the line to the right. The took the order of the person in front of me and then the order of the person to the right. I was before them but they didn’t know I’m thinking so no big deal. Then I see them blocking the drive through behind me with cones and I thought I must have made it just in time. They then take the order of the second person that should have been after me and I see the lights go off on the menu board, so I asked an employee outside if they were going to take my order. So she goes inside and I didn’t see her again. Another guy walks out and accuses me of moving the cones to get there and they were closed. I explain that the two cars in front of me were there after me. He says he will go inside and check. Several minutes goes by and he didn’t come back. So I pulled to the window and explained what happened and they tell me sorry were closed and we have no food left. The customer service was not good which is unusual for this franchise. I will not be going back to this location. Go to the location on Beach Boulevard. Much better customer service...

Thank you young women manager on duty today. I think her name was Leah she answered the phone around 12:45 about my brownie concern. Yep I’m pregnant and eating brownies like crazy and can’t drive at the moment. So I keep ordering brownies on Uber eats… I kid you not the Uber people keep stealing my brownies. It doesn’t matter where I order my brownie from some get stolen or they all get stolen! So I was like you know what I need to get the bottom of this because I need brownies. So I start getting my brownies from chik fil a because they’re angels and never mess my order up so I know they aren’t forgetting my brownies I knowwwwwwww the Uber eats people are stealing em! This chick fil a is the best one I have ever been too. Jacob is THE MAN! I came through with a trailer and he asked me to pull near the dumpster so that he could take care of me even after I insisted that I could make the turn through the drive thru. I was nervous that I would have been forgotten about but he made sure I was taken care of. He made me feel like a priority and brought my food out probably faster than I would have gotten it pulling through the drive thru! It was 46 degrees out and this man was standing outside without a jacket because he wanted to make sure his employees that were working outside had one. I see why he is a supervisor! SPEED OF THE LEADER SPEED OF THE TEAM! Jacob also refused to accept a tip from me (I was a little upset about that) for going out of his way to deliver my food to me.
