Aaron Gipson I started coming to Aaron back in January 2022.After 4 months my hair looks the best it has since my original beautician moved away 3 years ago.I have been struggling to find the right person who cares about healthy hair and your time.I can't just say thanks to Aaron because his wife Lavonia is his right hand partner. She jumps in when he may get a little busy on another clients hair.They are truly a Real Tag Team.She did a marvelous job on my sew in and her hands are just as amazing as her husbands.Anyone looking for a new beautician this is the place. I had the pleasure of Khalia styling my hair for the first time and she did an amazing job but more importantly the owners were brilliant as well. The sheer respect that they had for one another was truly special to see. They took the time to help one another and were such kind people. It was nostalgic for me and I felt like I was at my aunt's shop back in the 80's when things were simple and fun. I love my hair,it was so pretty that i was about to sleep with my head propped up on my hand like Regina King on Friday so i wouldn't mess up my hair sleeping, LOL... only thing was I did ask to leave longer at top to cover my eye so it's too short now but hopefully bangs will grow back longer quickly. I am so happy that I made the time to get my hair taken care of while in Jacksonville. From the moment I walked in to Hair Formations, I felt welcomed. LaVonia and Aaron are such wonderful, skilled and knowledgeable people. I would even go as far to say that they are THE BEST in the trade.

Aaron shared his hair knowledge freely and I left their salon knowing so much more about how to care for and manage my 4C hair. I wish we had salons like Hair Formations in Ontario, Canada. I may just have to move to Jacksonville so my hair can thrive under the skilled hands of Aaron and LaVonia.
