Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This particular location of the Little Caesars Pizza was absolutely a wonderful experience and the cashier that helped me was absolutely even more wonderful! He went the extra mile and I certainly more than appreciate that and I recognize extraordinary customer service when I see it and this young man certainly has that and then some. Upon reviewing my receipt the young man's name the cashier that I am speaking of is: Mousa A. And I would like to personally thank him and let the manager know what a beyond wonderful job he did as previously explained above. Now let's talk about the pizza. I'm unable to convey as to my reasoning, but I absolutely love Little Caesars Pizza! So long as as it's hot and fresh, that's the key - And it most certainly was. Although, I had a special order along with a single serve Pepsi, it did not take that long at all to receive my order. I also had ordered one of their cookie dough brownies but the cashier I've already spoken about above, later came out toy vehicle to inform me that he didn't know, but they were out of their cookie dough brownies with M&M" on top. He then queried me whether or not I wanted it refunded or if I wanted some cheesy bread. I replied oh goodness that's just too much bread so I'll go ahead and take the refund and thank you for letting me know. He brought out the refund and then at that moment I requested that he please bring me more napkins as I'm utterly graceful - 😂! Said cashier, the young man went the extra mile and did just that. And he of course apologized even though he didn't know that they were out of their, "Cookie Dough Brownies With M&Ms On Top" that they, unbeknownst to me anyway, offer. Let me tell you what folks, my pizza was, just a reiterate, hot, fresh and really-really scrumptious! I shall include a photo of what's left of the pizza, as I ate a little more than half of it all of my little self, in which, oh my, do I feel like a little piglet - 😂! But trust, I haven't eaten like this in golly, a good longggg minute, if y'all get my drift....

I placed a order for •crazy bread with sauce •The batman calzone pizza •thin crust pepperoni •Italian sausage pizza •wings •TWIX desert My order said it would be ready at 5:15 I got to the place at 5:05 to pick up my order and when I got home my crazy bread is hard as a rock not even able to bite into it. My sausage pizza is ice cold not like it was baked in the last hour and my batman pizza was a little warm but no sauce came in the pizza box. I have called the merril rd store 4 times to let them know about my order and no one ever answered the phone. I'm very dissatisfied with my service and I normally just got through drive through and place my order and I still issue with the quality of my food I order do I thought I would place a order online to see if they were able to take there time to make my order instead. I'm very very disappointed that I brought this order home to my kids and it's always the store on merril rd in jax fl that provides dissatisfied service and quality of food. I never write reviews or send messages to any business because sometime people due make mistakes but this has occurred so often and time there is something that needs to ve done to correct this service. If your thinking about stopping to this store location ease keep driving down merril rd to Pizza hut...

Too bad you cant give negitive stars! -5 is what I rate this location! We placed and paid for our order online and went to pick it up at the exact time it was to be ready... we get to the drive thru and give our order #, which is all we should have to give, then we are asked to tell them what we ordered... fine here's the list of 14 things we ordered... the clerk then tells us that they are out of the jalapeno cheese cups (which we ordered 4 of to make the gross pizza taste like something besides cardboard), would we like ranch buffalo-umm no, the 2 sauces are not even similar! So we ask for a refund of the amount for the 4 sauces... this turns into a 10 minute battle on how much those sauces cost-even though it is legit printed on the reciept!!! After all that hassle, we get home to find the most disgusting crazy bread I have ever seen (and I worked at a little ceasers for 3 years!!!). It was so under cooked we couldnt eat it, 2 full orders!!! I felt the need to add the photos of the gross under cooked and worst crazy bread ever in hopes that you will pick a different location, like I will be doing even if its a little farther away!
