I recently wanted to get something nice for my girlfriend for her birthday. I went to a few of the big name places, but they didn't have the right style, or it was way over priced for my budget. I found myself driving on Atlantic and walked into Julie's Jewelry in hopes to end my search. I was greeted by Julie herself and it only got better from there. She took her time with me to pick out something nice for my girl. I explained her style, and Julie's input was nothing short of professional! While I was looking with her at different pieces and styles, a few people came in and with every time the door opened, she was quick with a welcome, but still gave me her attention! This is the type of customer service the big names didn't event attempt to provide. I ordered a necklace and it was there in a day or two. Picked it up, and it was exactly what i was looking for, at a price the other places i had went couldn't even touch. When I took my girl in a few weeks later (she LOVED the necklace, and wanted to meet Julie), to get a few links taken out of a watch. It was fast and easy, and i even ended up getting myself something new. Trust me when i say, if you are looking to get some new jewelry, rings, or even need a simple watch battery, this is the place to go as they have customer service and great prices in spades!!! I only wish i could give another star for this 6...

This was my Mother and I's first visit. The jewelry was amazing..stunning! I was looking at wedding rings for my son, prices were good, jewelry was, again, gorgeous....but..what did it for me, we're the owners. Julie, her husband, and the young lady employee also, just made us feel at home, a great family, welcomed feeling, and that pulled me right in. While there someone called the shop, Julie answered, as Julie was asking the lady on the phone a simple question about her jewelry, all you could here was screaming, and hung up while Julie was answering her question. Julie was only trying to let her know, that a verbal appraisal was free, but she hung up to quick and didn't here free. Julie was upset over the situation. I could see myself how bad she felt that the lady didn't hear the ending, and the answer she was looking for. She genuinely cared, and that completely sold me. As we looked at rings I felt like I knew her, had great convo with ease. Before I left I called my son, to come here, so he can look with me . My mom passed away a few years ago and just about the only thing I have is a ring that she wore daily. After years of it sitting in my jewelry box I decided to have it sized up so I could wear it. It was such an emotional process. My boyfriend recommended this place and I have never been happier with a jewelers services. I’ve had pieces fixed and left many of things for the jeweler to work on at other places over the years but I was terrified to leave this one. She so kindly and professionally promised to take care of it and there was something genuine about her that made me feel comfortable. She said she needed a few days and would call when it was ready. It was ready much faster than I expected and was absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. You cannot tell where the gold was added to increase the size. The jewels have been cleaned and the entire ring polished. This 25 year old ring looks brand new. I’ve since been back for several purchases as well as to have another one of my mothers rings repaired. I’m so thankful for their compassion and good quality work. I will forever be a...
