Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

For starters I haven't been to a Cicis Pizza in oven 11 years! 👀 Maybe like many of you, it could be remembered as "cheap spot for quick & cheapest pie in town."

This Cicis broke all those preconceived thoughts of what I had for 11 years!! I will begin with the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, from the windows to the floor, to the bar which contains the salad & toppings. To the pie selection bar itself. ALL Clean!!

My wife & I were grated with the usual "Welcome to Cicis!," by a person named James F. To date he is the most kind hearted, most welcoming employee that I have Ever encountered at a Cicis location across states (plural.) From explanation of the selections to offering seating...it was more than I expected from what I thought would be less than quality food.

My whole experience on May 23rd, 2024 was on a scale of a Applebee's or Olive Garden experience instead of a "regular ol'pizza joint." I will not hesitate to return to this location in the future even for a moment. Food was fresh, plates were clean, utensils were as well. And the atmosphere was completely excellent. Cheers to the owner of this establishment! A+ or 5⭐'s for James F....

I used to come to cicis pizza as a kid and it had been a few years since i came to this locations but the last two times i have been here it feels even better then the memories i have as a kid. The price is what i stunned with at first 10-11$ for the buffet with a drink best price for a buffet ive seen anywhere. And the food does not disappoint it is tasty and well made. The best part though is the service, the reason im writing this review currently is because of how impressed i am of the people inside running the restaurant. Tonight I was greeted by james and he was very kind and welcoming even though i arrived close to 8:50 pm. Another one of the employees named melissa along with james let us know that if there was any pizza that we wanted they would make for the buffet and the moment i mentioned i might want some macaroni and cheese pizza they immediately started working on a fresh one. If you want to enjoy good food a good atmosphere and supreme service come...

Cici's isn't your neighborhood NY style slice. They aren't trying to be. What it IS, is a pizza buffet. Flavors like buffalo chicken, veggie, Hawaiian, and spinach, among others, are standard, as are cheese, and pepperoni. Want something else? They can do it for you. There's a salad bar. Not fancy, but quite a decent array, considering the price. Soup and pasta are also at the bar. Now, for dessert... cinnamon rolls (grab them when you see them. They go FAST! ), an apple pie and custardy type dessert pizza. (Trust me, they are delicious.) And, don't forget the moist, fudgy brownies! Plenty of seating here. Very family friendly atmosphere. The TVs have Disney and Nickelodeon playing. Another, has sports for the guys. Into arcade games? Have a visit to the game room. The staff has been pleasant each time we've been in here, and they are always cleaning and wiping. Very affordable and flavors for just about anyone's taste. We go once or...
