came today for a bluey event. First off let me say the service and friendliness was just not there , Im told Jacksonville people are welcoming and friendly ? yeah to people they know . people from Springfield if you're reading this do not go to Jacksonville they are not friendly to big city people , Nobody smiled or even said anything to her and we got a rushed 30 seconds with a cheap bluey costume then the cashier lady shes cubby in her late 20s early 30s has big dorky glasses and wears a ton of makeup . doesnt seem friendly at all aside from the people she knew .handing out color sheets to everyone but my daughter because she didnt know us . wont be coming back to Jacksonville with my family for a long long time and if you love books do not go to this hipster bookstore , check out the public library in Jacksonville its free and much better books if not come to Springfield we are much more welcoming and our...

My family absolutely ADORES this book shop. The shop is lovely and had a great selection to choose from (new or pre-loved options!) The shop owner and staff are very welcoming and helpful. You can tell they have a passion for books, and It's such a refreshing experience buying from an independently owned shop instead of amazon or a big box book store.
