I purchased and picked up a new Beta 430 RR this morning from Beta of Grand Rapids. Quinn (the owner) and Spencer (the technician/mechanic) spent their morning with me going over the bike, answering questions and setting up the suspension. They had installed all of the aftermarket parts I purchased as well.

Quinn is very knowledgeable and respectful. He and I had several conversations on the phone talking about the different models before I was able to get to the dealership. He gave me all of the information and time I needed to make my decision on which model to purchase.

Quinn is honest and fair, and Spencer is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient with all of my questions. I am very pleased with my purchase and the support received.
