Disappointed with the quality of carpet. The carpet was purchased just two years ago. There are two adults, no children and no pets in the house. The carpet has path marks and shows wear already. The carpet we had we purchased from Henry James 15 years ago was the best carpet. We thought we would get the same quality so we went back to Henry James. Heard great things and saw great reviews so I gave it a try. Stopped in twice. Once to chat and get samples. No problems there. Made an appt for Matt to come measure. Did not show up or call. Called next day, he apologized, so we set another day and time to measure. Again, no call no show.
