Where do I began? The smell? PHENOMENAL. So many scents to choose from and so many different customizations! The scent is strong and stays with the candle as it burns. I’ve made candles at home on my own and the scent just isn’t very strong. Not a problem for MADE CANDLES. Customer service is a big deal. Especially in a society where we are used to ordering items from the “Big Guy” website and they arrive the very next day. As a true craftsman, that’s not always the case. Quality and handmade are what this country was built on and America was built in a day. In a quaint little candle shop in Jamestown, NY there are shelves of ingredients, empty tins and jars, wicks, graphic design programs and there is also Brendan. Receiving your order and staying in contact with your through out the whole process ensuring you are satisfied completely before your candles arrive at your door. Like I said, as a Maker, his customer service is second to none. I have followed him on social media and have seen him do a small run of custom candles (12 candles) for the smaller companies or personal users all the way to creating HUNDREDS of candles for larger companies. I ordered MADE Candles in bulk to resale in my Leather Shop. The whole process was a breeze and Brendan is very passionate and precise. From the scent selection down to the label design, HE HANDLES IT ALL. And not to mention, the candles FLEW off the shelf. Can’t wait to see what he comes up with next for us at Dead Sled...

I had a great experience with MADE Candles over the holiday season. I had a brief conversation with the owner Brendan, about a special request for my order. He was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Furthermore, my order was shipped quickly, and when I opened the box, it was neatly and securely packed. Overall, I'm impressed with this company and I will be making another purchase in the near future. A side-note thats worth considering, It's hard to find companies like MADE, they are local, a "made in the USA" small business owner-ran, that go out of their way for their customers and do so with a great attitude....
