They made a terrible arrangement for me...here's a letter I wrote them.. Joan, This email is in response to the floral arrangement that you made for me for a funeral on April 28th. I had sent you a picture of an arrangement I had my heart set on and you told me you didn't have a "blue" vase or white lilies but that you would add blue and white flowers, a little bit of pink flowers and a blue ribbon. You ensured me you would make it look beautiful! Well I was sooooooo embarrassed over that arrangement you signed my family's name to!! It was terrible!!! It looked NOTHING like the picture I sent, barely enough flowers to fit in the vase and you charged me $100 for that??? That looked like a $30 arrangement! These flowers were for my soon to be daughter-in-law's mother that just passed and it was the first time I was meeting them!! What a disgrace! I would never use your services again and I would never recommend you to anyone either!!! I've NEVER had a problem with a florist until I used your services....NEVER AGAIN!!
