Ethan went above and beyond in helping me make my new phone purchase. He is very confident in what he is doing and his calm disposition and willingness to help me through the whole process was second to none. Customer service is one of the most important parts of a persons job and Ethan knocked it out it out of the park. He was very patient and respectful of my many questions By the time I was done with the process I had a very good understanding of my new phone. I also know if I have questions I will not hesitate to stop in and know that Ethan or anyone working at Verizon will be willing to help me out without judgement. Keep up the good work....

By the time I left, I not only had the exact phone that I wanted but also a watch to match. Their clear, detailed explanations and the way they listened and answered made me convince my businessman husband to also get new phones and change all our phone lines to Verizon. This is a five minute job. My father in law, a veteran was told it would be a $50.00 charge!!! The clerk was incredibly rude to my father in law and my wife when she called.
