Quiznos — Restaurant in Jamestown

The subs are usually great, but the last couple of times I’ve ordered my lunch for delivery they’ve delivered the wrong chips with my sub. So today when my food was delivered I checked the chips and they were incorrect again. I asked the lady that delivered my food why I’m receiving the wrong chips and she told me that it was because they don’t carry the chips I ordered and that the chips I’ve been receiving are the closest to the chips I’ve been ordering. How are baked lays comparable to kettle lays? So why are they on your menu? Why wasn’t I called with what kind of chips I wanted in replacement? The staff member that took my order was impatient, and had to be prodded to give me details on the sizes of the sandwich and so forth. She clearly doesn’t appear to like her job and her communication delivered her obvious frustration with me. She may have been the manager as she was the oldest in the stores crew. The bread of the sandwich was stale and old. When she cut the bread it split all the way through and in two other places. When I tried to take the sandwich out of the basket all of the insides spilled out. My son works at Pot Belly’s and I know how toasted bread is suppose to taste and hold together. On 12/9/2021 The staff member Brandon was messing up several orders wrapping and stacking up many different people's sandwiches whether they were for dine in or carry out. He would also go in the back room then the girl at the till was clearly frustrated because she had no clue which order went to which person. My order was suppose to be for dine in as I was meeting people. It was finally found on the counter for carry out.
