This place was pretty nice. I walked downstairs to look at some beds & was approached by a helpful customer service representative in moments.

She was very helpful. She listened to the story of my pending divorce & money shortfalls & still gave me excellent service.

She showed me various levels of mattress firmness, understood that I wanted quality & a decent size for my dollar & even came up with temporary solutions like purchasing a mattress 1st to at least get me off of the floor.

I asked her to break down the cost for the mattress, boxspring & frame as well as delivery if my brother was too busy to help me transport it & she gladly obliged. She even calculated the tax.

On top of all this she was very patient, polite & showed genuine concern about my situation.

I didn't buy anything today because I don't have the money yet, but when I do which should be soon, I hope, this will be where I buy...

I bought a reclining couch and chair from Zimmerman's Furniture in Jamestown ND In April/May 2021. This furniture made it less than a year. I started calling to have them come look at the furniture. They sent someone in March 2022. They supposedly ordered parts (springs and brackets). In April I stopped in to see if the parts arrived and I was told they were back ordered. I called in May and was told they were sure what was wrong and I needed to send pictures to them. They gave me the cell number for a manager. I sent pictures and videos. Never every received a response. Called a week later, left a message for said manager, no call back. Called in the beginning of June. No call back again. I'm over it. Biggest waste of money and the customer service is terrible....

Zimmerman's really gets it done! Dixie, Amelia, and Darla always go above and beyond! The quality of their furniture cannot be beat -- with the lowest price guaranteed! The girls treat you like a friend instead of just another customer, and they are very knowledgeable about their products. Not only are they great and helping you find exactly what you're looking for, they also do an outstanding job at making your vision come to life! They are practically interior designers as well! These ladies do it all! And of course I can't leave out their amazing warehouse/delivery drivers! These guys work so hard and are always very polite and helpful.
