I’ve been going here since they were in the plaza next to Rocco’s. I used to be a range member here till I let it lapse due to an increase in pricing that I disagreed with but never left a review. Ever since they moved, I have felt like the quality of service has went down. I have bought a few items from them and I was mostly satisfied save for a few times. I quit coming for a little while and decided to come back today to check things out. I checked out a couple of guns before asking to see a Colt AR-15A2 that they have on consignment. I wanted to pop the gun open for just a second to check and see if it was a pre-1989 (collector reasons) gun. I was told very sternly “don’t open the gun, it’s not ours.” Okay. I want to check something very simple that takes two seconds. I’m not a child, and I actually have a couple of armorers certificates so I’m not an idiot with firearms, but yet was firmly told no by what seemed like an annoyed employee. Plus it’s an older used gun so before I buy it, I want to inspect it regardless. 90% of other stores have no issue with this except this one evidently, consignment or not. I explained what I wanted to check, and once again was borderline scolded for something really minor. New guy, as they go through staff pretty regularly nowadays. I used to like this company, but as they’ve grown it has gotten worse over time. I’m not angry over the “no”, it was how it was delivered and I got looked at like I was an idiot. I’ve been in there five times looking for something I needed and they never acted the slightest bit interested in helping me out. I will never go in there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

Let me explain, the first 4 times I have come in over the last year or so the different products that I was looking for you did not have. I wouldn’t call the staff unfriendly on those occasions. I would say more short than anything. I felt like instead of helping me locate what I needed it was just “don’t have it and can’t help you.” This last time I just came in ,I was finally helped(not by any door greeter) but someone finally behind the desk while just standing there. I asked about the item I was looking for and was dropped off at the rack and told this is all we have. I needed a little more than that since I was wanting to inquire about accessories for my gun and had many questions. I never was given the chance to ask about all the other accessories I wanted to purchase. I drove 30 minutes to another location that helped me and actually took time to discuss all my questions in detail and provided everything I was looking for. Came in for the first time today for my husband to do a trade in. After working with a great sales guy and picking out the one he wanted, Chad came over to give us the price for the trade. Chad said the trade would be $675, and my husband agreed, so we started the process. When it came time to sign the papers, it said $600 for the trade. My husband saw it before signing and told him that they agreed on $675 for the trade, not $600, and that he didn’t want to do it for $600 (especially since they agreed on $675). Chad then said “Ok no problem. You don’t have to do it”. He then called over someone else and told them to void the ticket because we no longer wanted to do it since it wasn’t $675. He didn’t try to work it out or talk about the price. He was extremely rude about the whole situation and honestly seemed annoyed we were even there. $75 was not the issue, it was his attitude and how he handled the situation. The other associate we worked with was great, but Chad ruined the experience. We left and definitely won’t be coming back. It’s crazy to ruin a $2000...
