Dollar General — Local services in Jasper

This store is unmanaged. They close a couple of hours early EVERY WEEKEND, and even post a different excuse EVERY WEEKEND. Tonight I pulled in at 9:41 & 2 employees were standing out front smoking. Before I could park, they shuffled inside saying, "we're closed" as they passed. Already had the sign up indicating they were closing early and signed "the Management", always got a sign, always signed "the Management". There is no management. There may be a grumpy boss lady, but she is not managing a store. I challenge anyone to go there and not find at least 3 carts blocking aisles for every employee working. Or go there an hour before closing time on the weekend, and tell me they're open - this will not happen. It's fortunate that the Ball Ground store is 5 minutes away, clean, and managed.
