Appalachian Raspados (Mexican shaved ice) — Restaurant in Jasper

This was our first time trying them out. We tried the Jasper location, but I believe they have a location in Eilijay. Maybe that location is better. Right off the bat, I had to wait 5 minutes, I was the only one in line. I got up there at 1:27 and did not get our items until 1:52. I was told I needed to wait for the Watermelon to be cut that was purchased that morning, I am wondering why there was not a prep time for that prior to opening. Our items looked nothing like the pictures and came to us really juicy. I was hoping the flavor would have made up for it, but it was lacking and tasted very watered down. At one point the employee had to walk outside the Trailer to “make sure my item was being made correctly.” I hate I cannot leave a better review.
