I went into waffle house on a Thursday afternoon around lunch. By myself. When I got there they were full. I sat down in the chairs upfront and patiently waited. I sat there for 15 minutes and still was not greeted or acknowledged by a single soul working. In the 15 minutes that I sat there waiting, I watched the two servers on the floor take eight minutes to wipe the table off for two gentleman standing there waiting. After 17 minutes of no acknowledgment, even after I went and stood at the register for about 5 to 6 minutes, I turned around and walked out. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. Iâm a server myself, so I know what being busy, and what being neglectful look like. Yes they were busy. But they were also incredibly neglectful. I will not ever waste my time trying to go back and eat at this waffle house. A simple acknowledgment wouldâve gone so far. Rather than waiting on their customers, the older lady server banter with the cook who was diligently cooking as fast as he could. All I could do is hear her complaining. Incredibly unprofessional. I got in my car and immediately called the waffle house closer to Home Depot. Drove straight there and they had my order ready for me to pick up. What a difference! I will make that drive every time...
Read moreWorst experience I have ever had at a Waffle house and I have been going since I was old enough to remember. Almost every single day. Wanetta was the rudest woman I have EVER encountered at a waffle house and the cook, I believe was name Barbara said she was too busy to chop up my jalapenos for my sandwich due to sensor sensory issue I didnt even have time to tell them about. This was after standing there waiting for somebody to pick uo plates off the table to the young lady could wipe it before I could sit down. I will not be coming back and this hurts my heart be cause Rodney will always be the greatest waffle house cook to ever work here and I wont taste his...

The waffles are smaller and not as good as the Belgium waffles you normally find with a free breakfast at many hotels nor is the gravy anything special but biscuits seemed to be fresh made as opposed to frozen. The atmosphere is more like a truck stop than a restuarant and not as nice as most franchise breakfast/ diner places so it must be the hours that they are open that keeps them busy. Now I know that I have not missed anything during all these years. I was...
