Andrew's contribution to the youtube community itself has been amazing! the suport and educational information through the old you tube lives has been very educational for myself and many others. He was very helpful with the questions and answers part of the youtube lives that he did back in the day. .i asked him on a live one night about charcoal agar because I watched a video about how it was all the rage! Andrew informed me that he personally could not recommended using it ever as the black charcoal can and will hide contamination growth in agar plates. And answers. Many other questions for everyone on the lives.shared his growing experience with everyone there to help to your mycolagy growing skills to a whole new level. Personally I don't believe there is anyone out there on those live that can say they was disappointed they had attended. Or not say what a great guy he was, and enjoyed him sharing all the knowledge he shared freely with us all! The reason I have brought all this up here is because this is exactly what you will get when you purchase from Mossy creek. Geat produrct suport that is based on years of knowledge in the industry and his own discoveries and research collected through trial and error. Testing...IMHO this is what your buying and NOT JUST FUNGUS!! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone! Just on his experience levels alone! Edit after owner responded: you must have me mistaken. You are combining some of my experiences with some other experiences that didn’t happen with me at least. I never received a partial refund at all! Obviously you know that though based off of you talking about a PayPal dispute. It’s correct the dispute was closed because you as a company demanded I return everything and pay for shipping for the returns. Because I wouldn’t come out of pocket with more money (mainly because you never once responded to anything) I didn’t send anything back. That would be pretty dumb on my part. You claim you also sent numerous syringes. I put in the original complaint you just sent whatever and not anything I asked for. Sounds like you have a lot of communication issues not only within your company but also with your customers. I stand by my review even more so now and have filed with the BBB. Seems like a lot of trouble for me if this was all about one syringe huh? To say nothing about previous orders I had done with you without me telling people about you scamming. OWN YOUR MISTAKES!

I purchased numerous cultures from this company. After weeks of not receiving anything, they decided to just send me whatever they felt like. Been trying to get my money back for months....
