We first discovered this delicious pizza when they were serving out of their food truck in Dandridge. My family of 7 looked forward to eating from there at least once a week. Although the pizza is still my favorite, what keeps me going back more than anything (even though theyāve moved a bit further away) is knowing how much the owner actually cares about the quality of food being offered and that the customer is happy. I remember one September (I think 2021) my son was having a really tough birthday and we were just recovering from Covid. What he wanted to eat for dinner more than anything was Patriot Wood fired pepperoni pizza. However, they closed at 6 and it didnāt look like Iād make it back from Knoxville in time to get it for him. (Trust me when I say, they were not hurting for business and Iām sure were ready to close up.) They sometimes sold so much theyād have to close up early!) I called and talked to the guys at Patriots and they stayed late and waited for me to get there so my son could get his pizza. They have no idea how much that meant to us. Before his schedule changed, my husband was the main person who usually picked up the pizza for us. The owner always chatted with him and knew him by name. When I started picking the pizzas up, he recognized our name and order and asked how my husband was doing. I am a completely unbiased reviewer who literally only knows these people through my interactions as a customer. And let me tell you- in a world where the majority of restaurantsā food prices are way up and quality is way down, and customer service seems to be a thing of the past- this business shines brightly. Thank you for caring, for actually working alongside your employees to make sure things are done well, and for persevering through tough days and rude customers so that the people in our community can still have quality food...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCanāt stay open like a normal restaurant. Always blaming why they canāt stay open on something new. Canāt keep a staff. They charge 4$ for extra buffalo sauce on the pizza. And 4$ extra for extra ranch as well. 8$$$$ for sauce? 2 pizzas is 60$ lol. Highway robbery.
Edited: I gave this pathetic establishment another opportunity. Again I was overcharged. Notice the owner trying to defend his establish on here. Notice he is always right and if someone has a something negative to say he runs his mouth. Say something nice they donāt say a word. Narcissism at its finest. Steer clear of the overpriced slow place. 30$ for a pizza and then 75 percent of it is dough. Hereās a tip for you ppl that run that FINE establishment. When you sell a pizza cheese goes on it from one end to the other, in a circle. Not just the middle of the pizza. Yāall should be about to retire. 30$ for a pizza and I guarantee you it isnāt a 6 inch pizza when you cut all that extra dough off of it. Iād leave a 0 star review if I...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePatriot Wood Fired Pizza is the BEST pizza. I'm not just saying that. I worked for a pizza place for 10 years, my husband and I always grab pizzas here and there around town and when we travel to try to find the best crust, most fresh toppings, and interesting specialties. I have been 3 times now and I love that Patriot has a rotating special that you'll see posted on the wall by the kitchen, this last time we went it was the Bacon Cheeseburger pizza and it may have been the most tasty, perfectly crafted pizza I have ever had. It legit tasted like a gourmet Big Mac and I feel like thats not even a good enough description. I could have died on the spot. The buffalo chicken bread could be a meal on its own, my husband and I loved it! Everything I've ever gotten from Patriot has been amazing and they have THE BEST crust you can get. Plus, they have beer and cookies? Is this heaven? 10/10,...
