My family and I––along with our picky taste and meticulous requirements––have previously gone to other furniture stores (such as the Roomplace), and we can confidently say that no store has provided us as much insight and flexibility as Ivan and A&E Furniture.

In figuring out what we wanted for our room, Ivan worked with us to narrow our desires into a specific kind of piece that we wanted. He then demonstrated to us the different pieces that fit our desires, while also being •highly• transparent with the upsides and downsides of each couch.

Ivan was very flexible with the whole delivery of our couches, telling us that if we changed our opinion when delivered, he would take them back and help us explore more options. We didn't even want to send the furniture back because his insight provided us with the exact furniture we wanted!

Making a furniture purchase at A&E is one of the best customer experiences I have had in a really long time. I had been searching for nightstands for weeks when I stopped in at this local furniture store. Ivan was very helpful probed and got a good understanding of what I needed and was looking for. He found a couple of suppliers and gave me a couple of options. He helped me make the right selection for what I needed within my price range and had the nightstands delivered within a week. Fantastic customer service. I popped into the store at 5 PM on a Monday intending to just browse. I found a few maybes and went home to measure. Ivan gave me his number to call when I was ready to order. I placed one order at 8 PM then decided an hour later I wanted another piece. Even though it was afterhours, he accommodated me. Best part was he went to another facility first thing Tuesday morning to pick up my pieces and I had BOTH couches in my living room by 10 AM on Tuesday. Every other furniture store was estimating 6 months.

He even texted me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied. Ivan was so friendly and accommodating and I was genuinely impressed. I will definitely go back when I need...
