I came in on March 27th was approved for financing and ONLY decided to go with this furniture store because I was told the sectional I wanted was in stock and I would have by that Monday (the 29th) sectional was for $1800 and a kitchen table for $700 total loan with tax and delivery $2965 I received the Kitchen table March 31st NO SECTIONAL the table was the wrong design and the store refused to exchange or provide any type of incentive now I'm stuck with a table that I did not choose. it is now JUNE 15th I NEVER get to speak to the manager TONY, as he is never in. ROZZARIO has no resolution or idea on what is going on and his response to everything is "im going to send am email out". they refuse to cancel my loan on witch I have been paying $530 a month for furniture I don't have and for the looks of it will never have.. I am stuck on a loan of nearly 3k with no luck of getting this furniture, a refund or a resolution.
