I have been going back and forth with these people for MONTHS to try and resolve my moms spenddown. I've spoken with Mr. Caro, Mr. Alvarado & Ms. Abdullah, none of whom give me the same information.
Ms. Abdullah was hostile on the phone from the moment I stated that I was a representative for my mother. Like I said, I've been going back and forth for months on my moms insurance & she had the nerve to say that she saw no record of me being a rep. Are they deleting records of conversations and documents?? Why bother calling me back if you're not going to do anything.. I'm the one that left the voicemail. Incompetent much?
