10.3.2023 Today I had the pleasure of working with Carl Harris and Juan from Cort. They came to pick up my Staging Rental furniture because the home sold! Staging a home with furniture works! These two guys were terrific! Polite, hard working and fast! Thanks Cort for all your help on my staging business! 7.18.2023: Worked with Preston Durfey and Cris Clontz today on a Cort delivery! They were fantastic to work with and such professionals! Thank you so much guys!

7.7.2023: I used Cort Furniture for a second BIG Home Staging yesterday and had another GREAT experience! They are wonderful to work with and the furniture looks fantastic. Kathy Herm was fabulous to coordinate everything with and finalize the lease, delivery, etc. The delivery went so smooth. Dontae Trowell, Lead Delivery person and Andre were excellent - so professional! I look forward to my next job with Cort and Kathy's Team.

4.20.2023 I rented furniture for a BIG Home Staging project I had this week from Cort Furniture. This was my first time renting from them and it was a FABULOUS experience! From start to finish - nothing but professional, friendly service. Kathy Herm was my contact person and she could not have been more helpful throughout the entire project. Be very careful dealing with this Louisville branch location! They charged us almost $1100 in advance of furniture delivery for a staging project and told us less than 24 hours before the delivery that we had failed a credit investigation and there was nothing we could do to obtain the product. However, we did not ever provide an EIN or social security number to them. We are fearful that they may be using this tactic in order to improve their cash flows by charging for product they do not ultimately have and then canceling on the customer less than a day before delivery. I would be particularly careful with interacting with Mark G. Noles, whose title is “District General Manager” as he has an extremely dismissive and negative attitude. Beware that your pick up date is at their discretion. My lease ended 4/7/25, but the “only day they were in my area” for pickup was 3/28/25. Otherwise pickup would be after the end of lease date and more rent would be owed. So, furniture was picked up on 3/28 although I had paid through 3/31. I was then billed an additional $140.98 for April 1-April 7th for furniture I didn’t have based on their schedule. Their policy is tilted their way, not the customers’.
