Unbelievable. I purchased a tv from Walt’s in Amazon on June 25th. The television was delivered unboxed and mounted. When mounted it became evident that the screen was spidered. I contacted immediately requesting an exchange. They refused to exchange but rather scheduled a pick up. They wanted the original packing which had been destroyed during the unpacking which I told them. They FINALLY picked up the tv on JULY 18 and are now refusing to issue a refund because the original packaging was not intact
