Conviction Chicken — Restaurant in Watterson Park

Food took far too long for pickup. No one is standing at the pick-up desk. I asked a server for help several times, they reluctantly checked & came back to tell me not only was it not ready, but also not even prepared. All the while I see faces through the door window, seeing that I’m standing & waiting. David (or Daniel? Who cares) the “manager” was extremely unprofessional and a complete displeasure to deal with. I’m surprised that someone as incompetent as he is, is in the position he’s in. One star...

I wonder if the staff has any convictions about the poor service they provide to their patrons? I have over a decade of food service experience and I would be ashamed to call any of the staff members my coworkers. The manager left a particularly bad taste in my mouth and it does not surprise me that his team is so incompetent given the leadership they are forced to follow. I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their time...

Just got this chicken tonight for dinner through grubhub, man I wish I hadn't. The wings came way way way overcooked and the fries were soggy. Do whatever you can to...
