Red’s Mercantile — Local services in Jenks

The customer service here is just awful. I was turned away from a woman’s booth that at the time rented there. I have shopped there before and was told she had something that I was looking for so I went to purchase it . After I was turned away All I heard was negativity about fellow employees there. I’m assuming since this particular person that had the booth there was a employee there as well. When i proceeded to leave them a review on Facebook I was confronted from what I have been told is the land lord, But could be owner his message was rude and he insisted that I had never been there and I don’t know what I’m talking about. In fact I have purchased several things from there and big expensive things at that. Which he would know if he even looked in his history of selling things. If your looking for a professional place to shop go elsewhere. Makes you wonder how many other people that rents booths there have customers turned away because of a...

Love the American flags on the ceiling as I walk in!! Really awesome antique store, lots to look around, and prices were pretty reasonable! My husband found himself a dictionary for $3! Nice gal working up front. Busy downtown, but plenty of parking along.
