Spectacular if real. For natural waterfalls, there sure are a lot of dams and large-diameter pipes. I wouldn't be surprised if the falls go away at night when they turn the pumps off. Still, it's interesting to see this. If you drive between Boise and Twin Falls a lot, take the scenic route for once and see the springs.
