I recently started coming to this location a couple of months back since they had my Calvin Klein perfume at a very reasonable price ($25) instead of other places where it can range from $50 to $75. The perfume is great, so are the prices- but that's not the problem. I went on the 17th of July and purchased one bottle that came out to $27. I was happy with my purchase, received my receipt and headed back out. The next day I was scrolling on my Bank of America app and noticed an additional transaction for another $27 from the Perfume Warehouse. I called my bank to let them know that the place had charged my twice, but since the second transaction is pending(still pending as of Wednesday, July 23rd) I would have to go back to the store to speak with them instead. I was fine with that and came back to the store on the 22nd and was asked to provide the receipt and that they would let their owner know. I waited about half an hour for the owner to show or provide some response but the girls at the counter said he was busy, and not in store. This would have been helpful to know before waiting for so long. They claimed that the store or the owner would call on an update- there has been no such update and the charge is still pending. Since I have received no response- I have resorted to posting here in hopes that the store will make a response.
Update: two hours after this review, the store reached out and finally called me. I was asked to come back to the store to receive a cash refund for the second transaction. Perfumes are good, but I will be sure to pay in cash...

This establishment is a complete fraud. I went to make a wholesale purchase, cashier rang me up and I paid with my debit card - went thru all the prompts and got the approved confirmation. The cashier kicked his feet and accidentally unplugged the terminal, so receipt didnāt print. He tried to recall the receipt but wasnāt finding it. I checked my bank account and saw the payment posted, I asked if getting confirmation or transaction ID from my bank would help and he said yes. Manager comes out and this point while Iām trying to connect with my bank, and wants me to run my card again, cause āyou could always just have your bank cancel a transactionā. My bank rep on the phone said canceling transaction was not possible as it immediately posted, but she provided terminal #, transaction ID, so they could locate the charge. Manager said he couldnāt do that, and would get the owner on the phone. The owner was right off the bat rude, kept pushing to run my card again, and for me to give her my number and she would promise to call me back if she could confirm they charged me twice. I said I didnāt feel Comfortable with that, Iām on the loosing end of that deal. She proceeds to call me dishonest and āwhat kind of person am Iā? Excuse me?!!! Iām basically being asked to either be charged twice or walk out the door with no items AND without the money theyād already taken, but Iām being called dishonest?
